Job summary

STAFIDE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead CMDB delivery, configure and optimize CMDB ingestion, and implement robust integrations with Flexera and NetBox. The role emphasizes data quality, CI lifecycle management, and secure access controls.

The successful candidate will design, test, and deploy complex CMDB solutions, collaborating with architects and process consultants to ensure governance and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and custom development.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB development, CI classes, data loads, transform logic, and related workflows.
• Strong experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow security model, ACLs, roles, groups, and domain separation.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and platform behavior.
• Understanding of CMDB data quality principles and CI lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
