Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, with strong ITSM/ITIL background and experience in CI/CD pipelines. This role involves collaboration with security and IT teams in a modern enterprise environment.

Qualifications

As a ServiceNow Developer - SecOps, you will

• Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
  
• Design and implement workflows, business logic, scripts, and automation to improve security operations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools, vulnerability scanners, and external APIs.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps functionalities.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliable platform performance.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure the continued functionality of customized applications and integrations.
• Develop custom applications and automate security processes using ServiceNow development tools.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve incident response, vulnerability remediation, and compliance monitoring processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• 6-8 years of overall professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Splunk and Anomali.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners and security data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and National Vulnerability Database (NVD).
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and configuration compliance processes.
• Experience developing custom applications and working with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) functionalities and ITIL processes.
