Job summary

Stafide is seeking a ServiceNow Data Business Analyst to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow data and ITSM solutions. You will work with CMDB, APM, CSDM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM while engaging stakeholders to shape the data strategy, vision, and roadmap.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to implement solutions, leveraging OOTB functionality and best practices while staying current with ServiceNow innovations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ITSM, business analysis, ServiceNow consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow products and data-related capabilities.
• Proven experience with CMDB, APM, CSDM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and platform capabilities.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB functionality and best practices.
• Experience contributing to ServiceNow vision, strategy, roadmap, or transformation initiatives.
