Job summary

Stafide is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - SecOps to configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules including Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance. You will design workflows, write scripts, and automate security processes.

You will integrate with Splunk, Anomali, Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and NVD; work with Flow Designer, Studio, and Integration Hub; support upgrades and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience with ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Splunk and Anomali.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners and security data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and NVD.
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and configuration compliance processes.
• Experience developing custom applications and working with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) functionalities and ITIL processes.

As a ServiceNow Developer - SecOps, you will

• Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools, vulnerability scanners, and external APIs.
• Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps functionalities.

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure the continued functionality of customized applications and integrations.

• 6-8 years of overall professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development.
