Job summary

AV Flexologic B.V. is seeking a Customer Support & Service Sales Engineer to strengthen the Service & Support Department.

You will provide internal engineering input, coordinate service tickets, and drive warranty-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives while engaging customers globally. Qualifications

HBO/WO level education in a technical or commercial field.
1-2 years of experience in customer support, service engineering or technical sales.
Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive warranty reduction initiatives and improve field success rates.
Collect and analyze field feedback to identify root causes of issues.
Collaborate with R&D, Production and Engineering to implement improvements.
Present insights to stakeholders to support product and process enhancements.
Coordinate and renew AV Flexologic Care Plans and related offerings.
Identify new revenue opportunities from customer behavior and usage patterns.
Support ticket coordination: oversee and manage tickets in the system and ensure timely responses.
Coordinate with field engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality support.
