Qualifikationen

• HBO/WO level education in a technical or commercial field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, service engineering or technical sales.
• Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive warranty reduction initiatives and improve field success rates.
• Collect and analyze field feedback to identify root causes of issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production and Engineering to implement improvements.
• Present insights to stakeholders to support product and process enhancements.
• Coordinate and renew AV Flexologic Care Plans and related offerings.
• Identify new revenue opportunities from customer behavior and usage patterns.
• Support ticket coordination: oversee and manage tickets in the system and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with field engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality support.
