Job summary

Anton Paar Netherlands is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Netherlands. You will maintain and calibrate advanced analytical instruments, travel to customer sites, and deliver practical solutions with a strong customer focus.

The role combines hands-on technical work with training and on-site service reporting, requiring fluency in Dutch and English, a valid driving license, and independent problem-solving in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or electronics degree required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to headquarters for training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot on-site and perform service and repair activities.
• Coordinate on-site repairs and preventive maintenance following procedures and standards.
• Create and maintain service reports in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Applications, Helpdesks, and Service Administration.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and tools.
