Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Customer Support - Service Desk Agent to join our global team at the Eindhoven labs. You will handle inquiries from EMEA customers regarding calibration or repair, bridging communication between customers and service technicians and logistics teams.

The role offers a hybrid working model with start times between 7:30 and 9:00, and involves coordinating shipments, RMAs backlog, and cross-functional collaboration across Europe, the UK, and MEAT regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Customer Support or equivalent role.
• Experience handling incoming emails and phone calls.
• Experience recording administrative tasks in company systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Create service orders in the systems for equipment for repair or calibration.
• Prepare and provide pickup labels, packing lists, and dangerous goods information.
• Manage Loaner pools in the UK and NL when applicable.
• Monitor KPIs via Visual Management and apply problem solving to close gaps to target.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
