Job summary

PWR Pack is seeking a Sales Administrator to bridge the sales team, customers, and internal departments. You will support quoting, CRM updates, and contract management to drive growth.

You will coordinate test samples, reports, and sales travel while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role requires 2+ years in quoting technical machines, strong MS Office and CRM/ERP skills, and excellent Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quoting technical machines and systems.
• Education in (technical) business administration or comparable work experience.
• Commercial mindset – proactive with attention to detail.
• Strong software skills – MS Office 365, CRM (ZEN preferred) or ERP.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer quotations.
• Organizing and coordinating customer test samples and reports.
• Assisting with trade show organization and sales travel.
• Managing and updating the CRM system.
• Ensuring correct distribution and review of customer contracts and specifications.
• Preparing for sales meetings.
