Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Service Product Manager to develop, manage and strengthen our service portfolio for poultry processing equipment. You will translate customer needs into standardized, scalable service products that deliver measurable value throughout the lifecycle.

You will work closely with Engineering, Sales and Service to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits, supporting governance and product launches while ensuring long-term value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or service management.
• Understanding of industrial machinery or maintenance services.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and benefits.
• Commercial insight with ability to develop value propositions and roadmaps.
• Experience with governance, lifecycle management or go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and translate them into clear requirements for service product development.
• Drive lifecycle product development to reflect customer needs in standardized products.
• Develop and strengthen the service portfolio through new lifecycle products.
• Support commercial success by aligning with Sales and Service Selling on solutions.
• Connect engineering, sales, and service teams to maximize customer outcomes.
• Contribute to governance processes and decision-making for lifecycle products.
• Monitor product delivery and performance; intervene when necessary and track usage and satisfaction.
• Protect customer satisfaction and retention by identifying and mitigating risks.
• Help customers maximize value from poultry processing solutions through effective service portfolio usage.
