You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Service to turn technical capabilities into clear customer benefits, contribute to product governance, and help customers maximize value from lifecycle products.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and translate into service product requirements.
• Drive lifecycle product development and standardization.
• Develop and strengthen the service portfolio across the equipment lifecycle.
• Support commercial success with Sales and Service Selling to align offerings with customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver maximum customer value and ensure governance.
• Monitor service product delivery and customer satisfaction; identify and mitigate risks.
