Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Service Sales Manager for the Turkey & Iraq region. You will grow service business, including SLAs and spare parts, by visiting food producers using Marel equipment and selling value-driven solutions.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with Service Engineers, Area Managers, and Account Managers, and travel internationally up to around 50%. The role requires a technical or engineering background and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Education in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering or Business Engineering.
• 2–3 years in a technical environment, preferably capital equipment.
• 2–3 years in sales of services or capital goods.
• Based in the Netherlands with ability to commute to Boxmeer.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and prospects, identifying opportunities for service products and parts.
• Independently manage the full sales process and propose solutions matching customer needs.
• Cooperate with Service Area Managers, Service Engineers, and Account Managers.
• Measure performance by visits, opportunities created, and hit rate.
