Job summary

JBT Marel, a global tech leader in food production, seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge customers, sales, engineering and project teams. You will guide projects from quotation through delivery, creating tailor-made solutions for production lines or complete plants.

You will collaborate with sales, R&D, project management, and service daily, enjoying responsibility and a chance to shape your approach in an international, high-tech environment with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or commercial field.
• Experience in a commercial, coordinating, and/or technical role.
• Fluent English and strong communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full quotation and order process from quote to delivery.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with Industry Sales Managers, Account Managers and global agents.
• Manage projects from €200K to €8M (up to €25M in rare cases).
• Develop compelling proposals that lead to successful deals.
• Build internal networks to access information and expertise.
