Job summary

A leading ServiceNow partner in Utrecht is seeking an IT/OT Operations Consultant to bridge the gap between IT and Operational Technology. This role involves advising clients on digital transformations, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between systems. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of various industrial systems and ServiceNow modules. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT/OT convergence projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in asset discovery, service mapping and config management.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• ServiceNow CIS–ITOM/CIS–ITAM certifications are a strong advantage.

Scope of work

• Advise clients on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM) strategies using the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead assessments of IT and OT environments, including SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that support asset lifecycle management, service visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps that align IT and OT goals such as uptime, predictive maintenance, and service reliability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between shop‑floor systems and enterprise platforms.
• Support pre‑sales and sales activities by delivering technical expertise during workshops, demos, and RFPs.
• Harness your insights and experience to drive innovation within the IT‑and‑OT related operations management domain, contributing to the development of new offerings.
• Create and maintain valuable marketing, sales and delivery assets aimed at enhancing opportunity development and project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Craft compelling marketing materials that effectively showcase our capabilities and expertise in IT and OT environments.
• Facilitate internal training sessions to empower fellow team members with knowledge and skill enhancement.
• Foster and nurture meaningful relationships with strategic partners, including ServiceNow and other key industry players.

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, OT environments, or IT/OT convergence projects.
