Are you ready to lead complex transformation programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Do you have the consulting mindset, leadership skills, and delivery excellence needed to guide clients through business, digital, and operational transformation? If so, we are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic team!

What will you do?

As a Program Manager, you are fully responsible for the scope, financials, planning, quality, and delivery of multiple programs and large-scale projects. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring program success through strong governance, clear communication, and exceptional client management. You bring an AI‑savvy mindset and are comfortable leveraging AI‑driven insights, tools, or methodologies to enhance program delivery, decision-making, and client outcomes.

In this position, you will also act as an Engagement Manager, building long-term client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the program lifecycle. You will combine your consulting background with program leadership to deliver Advisory and Integrated Consulting engagements that drive tangible business value.

Scope of Work:

• Lead and manage multiple programs or complex projects simultaneously
• Own project scope, planning, governance, risk management, financials, and staffing
• Drive program delivery excellence and ensure adherence to milestones and KPIs
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients
• Facilitate program kick-offs, steering committees, and executive status updates
• Support and guide cross-functional delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment
• Provide advisory input to shape transformation initiatives, operating models, and roadmaps
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales organization
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a strong focus on value creation
• Oversee subcontractors and internal teams to ensure unified delivery excellence
• Support pre-sales efforts such as scoping, estimation, proposal writing, and solution shaping
• Stay informed on industry trends, ServiceNow developments, and consulting best practices
• Coach team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice growth
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong background in Advisory, Management Consulting, or Business Consulting
• Proven ability to deliver Advisory and Integrated Consulting programs
• Experience working as an Engagement Manager or in a client‑facing consulting capacity
• ServiceNow experience is preferred but not a hard requirement
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stream initiatives with cross‑functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery methodologies
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile/Scrum are a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
