What will you do?

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering strategic ServiceNow advisory and implementation services focused on Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). Acting as a trusted advisor to IT leaders and CIOs, you will lead assessments, design blueprints, and define roadmaps that enable data-driven decision‑making across complex ecosystems.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, helping clients understand how to leverage the WDF architecture to optimize performance, streamline operations, and drive value. You bring extensive experience selling, delivering, and managing ServiceNow integration‑related consulting services, including leading teams of specialists with deep technical and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of WDF‑enabled ServiceNow solutions across enterprise clients
• Conduct assessments, define integration strategies, and deliver architectural roadmaps aligned to business outcomes
• Translate customer requirements into actionable blueprints leveraging Workflow Data Fabric capabilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to (senior) IT leaders and executive stakeholders
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow as a strategic platform through WDF use cases and enterprise data modeling
• Manage and oversee consulting engagements involving ServiceNow integrations, including staffing, scoping, and quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with technical architects, delivery leads, and client teams to ensure successful execution
• Support business development activities, including pre‑sales workshops, proposal writing, and thought leadership in WDF
• Identify and support upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by demonstrating WDF′s value across domains
• Ensure alignment between integration architecture and clients’ digital transformation goals
• Maintaining and contributing to P4M offering assets related to WDF
• Sharing WDF knowledge and experience across the P4M organization to support continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT business consulting, digital transformation or enterprise architecture with a strong focus on ServiceNow
• Subject matter expertise in Workflow Data Fabric (WDF), data integration, workflow automation and AI‑driven insights
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, especially Integration Hub, RPA Hub, Process Mining, Automation Center and Stream Connect
• Proven experience in selling, delivering, and managing ServiceNow integration‑related consulting services (involving people, processes, and technology)
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and deliver high‑quality business deliverables (assessments, roadmaps, etc.)
• Strong consulting presence with the ability to build trust at the senior executive level
• Familiarity with enterprise data models, integration patterns, and API‑based architectures
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Dutch, German) are a plus
• ServiceNow certifications in at least one or more of the following: CIS – ITSM, CSM, HRSD and/or Workflow Data Fabric Suite certification. ITILv4 certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to simplify complexity
