Job summary

Swapfiets is hiring a Service & Store Associate to travel by van, car, or bike, delivering bikes and performing on-site repairs for customers. You will deliver excellent service and perform basic maintenance to keep members on the go.

Ideal candidates speak English and/or Dutch, enjoy multi-tasking, and have a valid driver's license. A playful, fast-growing team offers year-round work with growth opportunities and team events.

Qualifications

• Must hold a driver's license for at least 6 months.
• Able to speak English and/or Dutch in a work setting.
• Comfortable interacting with customers while delivering bikes.
• Interest in bikes and providing on-site service.

Responsibilities

• Drive around by van, car or bike to deliver bikes to customers and perform on-site repairs.
• Provide excellent service to Swapfiets members.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes.
• Carry out easy on-site repairs and upsell suitable products.

How you pedal us forward!

• As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
• Providing excellent service to our customers;
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
• Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

The gear you need!

• In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
• Available to work at least 32hoursper week on weekdays;
• Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;
• Affinity with bikes and service;
• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
