Job summary

Swapfiets is seeking a Logistics Lead for the Delft Den Hoorn Warehouse to orchestrate daily E-Bike logistics between warehouse and stores, ensure safety and stock integrity, and prepare bikes for Ready-to-Go standard. Lead by example, work with a compact team, and uphold Swapfiets’ quality in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage loading/unloading, documentation, and waste handling, while keeping vehicles and tools organized and ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and stock management.
• Ability to maintain safety standards.
• Good communication in English or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day E-Bike logistics between warehouse and stores.
• Loading/unloading trucks, documentation, and waste handling.
• Prepare bikes to Ready-to-Go standard and sort breakdowns for mechanics.
• Maintain warehouse and company vehicles, tools and cleanliness.
• Handle key, battery and waste management.

How you pedal us forward!

Execute day-to-day (E-)Bike logistics between warehouse and stores;

Loading/unloading trucks, documentation, and waste handling;

Prepare bikes to Ready-to-Go standard (unpacking, cleaning, checks) and pre-sort broken or exception units for mechanics

Keep warehouse and company vehicles in top shape (organization, tools, cleanliness, readiness)

Handle key, battery, and waste management

The gear you need!

Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;

Must have a motor driving license category B
