Job summary

A bicycle service company in Nijmegen, Netherlands is seeking a motivated individual to provide outstanding service and support to members. Responsibilities include assisting with new subscriptions, performing bike repairs, and maintaining a clean store environment. The ideal candidate must be available for at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, and should have a driver's license. The position offers a salary of €17.10 per hour along with the benefit of a leased bike and a fun working culture.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have;
• Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets;
• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized;
• You will drive around the city by car to help our members;
• Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site and in the store, so our members can happily keep biking;
• Swap out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse;

Qualifications

• Affinity with bikes and service;
• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
