Job summary

You will ensure inbound and outbound flows are processed efficiently, on time, and aligned with service levels, acting as the main liaison between customers, warehouse, and operations teams. Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or customer operations.
• Strong affinity for customer management and operational coordination.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to KPIs.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily logistics operations for your customer portfolio.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the warehouse.
• Monitor operational agreements, service levels, and KPIs.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and transportation activities.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare and review operational reports with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
