Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Supervisor to lead Team Leaders and warehouse staff in a dynamic logistics environment. You will drive productivity, monitor customer satisfaction, and propose improvements based on data and feedback.

You’ll coach and develop the team, ensure adherence to processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large groups in a logistics environment.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (preferably WMi).
• Able to work day shifts with structure and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leader(s) and warehouse employees.
• Focus on productivity and customer satisfaction; analyze results and propose improvements.
• Improve productivity and efficiency; reduce errors and lead times.
• Lead, coach, train and motivate the team; ensure proper staffing.
