Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations for multiple customers. You’ll ensure inbound and outbound flows are processed efficiently, on time and to agreed service levels, acting as the bridge between customers, warehouse, and operations teams.

You’ll monitor performance, identify improvements, and work cross-functionally to maintain top service quality while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, growing European business.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing or customer operations.
• Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical with comfort working with data and KPIs.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations for your customer portfolio.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the warehouse.
• Monitor service levels and KPIs to ensure commitments are met.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, order processing and transport activities.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and review operational reports with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
