Formación

• MBO-level education and mindset.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
• Experience managing warehouse employees.
• Knowledge of PKMS warehouse management system.
• Excellent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• ISO 9001 quality procedures experience.
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to overtime during peak seasons.
• Willing to work in various shifts.
• Improvement-oriented, team player, customer-focused with strong business ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Contributing to the optimal functioning of the department.
• Improving productivity and efficiency.
• Making proposals for changes in work execution, methods, and procedures with the aim of enhancing service delivery and increasing both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Minimizing the number of errors.
• Reducing lead times.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within and outside the department.
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies.
• Realizing the departmental planning.
• Reporting to the Supervisor.
• Taking over various tasks in the absence or during the leave of the Supervisor.
• Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement methodology.
