Job summary

Bleckmann, a market leader in supply chain management for fashion and lifestyle brands, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Venlo. You will coordinate the Customer Service team daily and serve as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

In this hands-on leadership role you will coach your team, manage inquiries, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with warehouse operations and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain operations is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide a frontline team.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Able to monitor KPIs, prioritize tasks, and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of WMS systems (JDA, PKMS) and ticketing systems (Salesforce).
• Structured, proactive and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the Customer Service team.
• Act as the first escalation point for customers and internal departments.
• Participate in daily operational customer service activities.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate priorities between customers and warehouse operations.
• Manage inbound, outbound, returns and customs-related processes.
• Prepare reports and discuss performance with customers.
• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.
