Job summary

Bleckmann, a leading supply chain partner in fashion and lifestyle brands, seeks a Service Delivery Supervisor to manage daily logistics for multiple customers. You’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and monitor service levels and KPIs.

As the primary link between customers, the warehouse and operations, you’ll drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and oversee performance to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or customer operations.
• Strong affinity for customer management and operational coordination.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and KPIs.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations for your customer portfolio.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the warehouse.
• Monitor operational agreements, service levels, and KPIs.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, order processing, and transportation activities.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and review operational reports with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
