Job summary

Swapfiets is hiring a Service and Logistics Driver in Amsterdam to deliver bikes and help customers on-site. You will perform basic repairs, maintenance, and reasonable upselling, contributing to a fast-paced, service-driven team.

The role offers flexible hours and a friendly culture, with opportunities to grow within the Swapfiets network and move between cities or countries as needed.

Qualifications

• Driver's license (minimum 2 years)
• Available to work at least 12 hours per week on weekdays
• Willingness to understand and speak English and/or Dutch
• Affinity with bikes and service
• Able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver bikes to customers by van, car, or bike and assist with on-site repairs
• Provide excellent customer service while on assignment
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes
• Carry out simple on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes
• Promote additional products to customers to increase basket value

How you pedal us forward!

• As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
• Providing excellent service to our customers;
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
• Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

The gear you need!

• In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 2 years);
• Available to work a minimum of12hoursper week on weekdays;
• Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;
• Affinity with bikes and service;
• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
