Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Amsterdam to act as strategic partner for our most important clients in the alternative investment fund space. You will drive client success, retention, and growth by understanding evolving needs and coordinating across Citco’s global teams to deliver tailored solutions.

You will lead negotiations, oversee SLA renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to secure profitable partnerships while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in alternative investment funds or related corporate services.
• Proven track record in business development with revenue growth.
• Experience with outsourcing processes and corporate service delivery models.
• Understanding of international tax structuring in fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, building trust and understanding their business priorities and challenges.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth within your portfolio.
• Work with internal teams to identify client needs, recommend new services or products, and translate market trends into actionable opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and renewals of service level agreements in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Build and maintain a strong internal network across regions and business units to support global growth and ensure clients receive coordinated, excellent service.
• Track client metrics, manage profitability targets, and work with Regional Heads and Sales teams to achieve financial objectives.
