Job summary

NN in The Hague is seeking a User Researcher to place the customer at the heart of product journeys. You will choose qualitative or quantitative methods, conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis.

You’ll identify patterns, raise new questions, and drive research initiatives with the Research Team within Customer & Digital. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, Product Owners and stakeholders to translate insights into concrete opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in customer or user research.
• Degree in Psychology or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Proficiency in Dutch at C2 level, written and spoken.
• Experience with financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Collaborate with UX designers,POs and stakeholders to translate findings into opportunities.
• Identify patterns and initiate new research questions independently.
• Prototype and validate ideas through experiments and usability studies.
