Job summary

NN Group N.V. in Den Haag is seeking a Senior Customer and User Researcher to put customer needs at the heart of digital journeys. You will lead qualitative and quantitative studies, guide validation research, and translate insights into actionable opportunities across teams.

Collaborate with UX designers, Product Owners and stakeholders to shape end-to-end digital experiences, experiment with AI-driven tools, and foster a culture of evidence-based decision making within NN.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in customer and/or user research.
• Degree in Psychology or Human-Computer Interaction (research-focused).
• C2-level proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written.
• Strong interviewing and qualitative/quantitative research skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and prioritise customer and user research; guide validation research.
• Shape the vision for end-to-end digital customer journeys with the business.
• Test assumptions with teams; research what works during development.
• Communicate research value to stakeholders and translate findings into action.
• Experiment with AI-driven research tools while ensuring quality.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with strong interviewing skills.
