Job summary

Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances) is seeking a Sr. UX Researcher for the Home Care Floor Care portfolio in the Netherlands. You will lead user research, shape concepts, and drive insights from concept through launch and post-launch learning.

Based in the Netherlands, you will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure intuitive and consumer-centered solutions. You will work in a cross-functional environment, translating consumer feedback into

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in User Experience Research, Consumer Insights, Design Experience, Product Development, or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area as listed.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and user experience principles.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute user research programs to generate actionable insights to improve Floor Care products throughout product development process.
Champion the Voice of the Consumer end to end, including value proposition definition and requirements definition.
Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners.
Translate consumer feedback into concrete improvement opportunities for roadmaps.
Analyze and triangulate insights from multiple sources and actively circulate learnings.
