Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Sr. UX Researcher for Home Care to lead research programs across the product lifecycle in the Netherlands.

You will champion the Voice of the Consumer, define value propositions, shape requirements, and safeguard user experience from concept to post-launch validation. You will synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, present compelling stories to Design, Product, Engineering and Marketing, and foster collaboration across R&D and legal teams while working onsite several

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in User Experience Research or related field.
• Experience in consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research programs to generate actionable insights for Floor Care products throughout product development.
• Champion the Voice of the Consumer end to end across product teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to cross functional partners.
• Translate consumer feedback and data-driven insights into concrete improvement opportunities and input into product roadmaps.
• Analyze and triangulate insights from multiple sources and circulate learnings across teams.
