Job summary

DEME Offshore is seeking a Tender Manager Landfalls to analyze international tenders and lead proposal development for offshore projects. You will drive methods, pricing, planning, and installation sequencing while coordinating with Engineering, Legal, Finance and other specialists.

You will manage a tender team, negotiate with clients, and ensure high-quality submissions within deadlines; travel for short missions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore installation projects or tenders.
• Experience with dredging projects is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients.
• Develop proposals, cost calculations and planning.
• Draft installation sequence drawings and perform risk assessments.
• Liaise with subcontractors and supporting departments.
• Summarize and report for internal and external approvals.
