Job summary

DEME Offshore in the Landfall Business Unit seeks a Tender Manager to analyze international tenders and develop proposals for offshore works. You will lead a tender team and collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, and Project Controls to deliver a high-quality submission.

You will establish strong client relationships, manage cost calculations and planning, and drive negotiations during tender clarifications while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across multiple projects

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years offshore installation projects / tenders.
• Experience with dredging projects preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel abroad for short missions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients.
• Work on method selection and writing proposals.
• Prepare cost calculations and programming of works (planning).
• Draft installation sequence drawings.
• Work on risk assessments.
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments.
• Summarizing and reporting for internal and external approval.
