Job summary

DEME Offshore is seeking a Tender Manager to lead analysis of international tenders and manage proposals for complex offshore works. You will lead a tender team, coordinate engineering, planning and pricing, and build strong relationships with potential clients throughout the process.

You hold a BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline, bring at least five years of offshore installation tender experience, with dredging project exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline.
• Min 5 years in offshore installation tenders.
• Experience with dredging projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients.
• Lead method selection and writing proposals.
• Prepare cost calculations and project scheduling.
• Draft installation sequence drawings.
• Conduct risk assessments and reviews.
• Liaise with subcontractors and supporting departments.
