Job summary

DEME Group is seeking a Tender Engineer to support the preparation and submission of innovative proposals for offshore wind projects, including rock placement, landfalls, and scour protection. You will join an international, multidisciplinary team and report to the Tender Manager while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
Experience in tendering, preparation and follow-up of marine/civil construction projects preferred.
Strong analytical thinker with good communication skills.
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading); other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Take part in the acquisition process of DEME's offshore projects.
Prepare and submit tender proposals to clients.
Analyse tender documentation, perform cost calculations and risk assessments.
Program works and draft installation sequence drawings.
Liaise with subcontractors and supporting departments.
Report for internal and external approvals.
