DEME Offshore is seeking a Tender Manager responsible for analyzing international tenders and leading a tender team to deliver high-quality proposals for offshore works. You will coordinate engineering, planning and pricing, manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and supporting departments, and drive negotiations after tender submission.

You hold a BSc or MSc, with 5+ years in offshore projects/tenders, and dredging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in offshore installation projects/tenders.
• Dredging project experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients.
• Work on method selection and writing proposals.
• Prepare cost calculations and programming of works (planning).
• Draft installation sequence drawings.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments.
• Summarize and report for internal and external approvals.
