DEME Group is seeking a Tender Manager to drive international tenders and proposals for complex offshore works. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate engineering, planning and pricing, and establish strong client relationships throughout the bid process.

You will analyze tender documentation, prepare cost estimates and scheduling, draft installation sequences, assess risks, and liaise with subcontractors and support functions to deliver a high-quality submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of offshore installation projects / tenders experience.
• Experience with dredging projects is preferred.
• Strong negotiations skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on, proactive and structured with deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients.
• Work on method selection and writing proposals.
• Prepare cost calculations and programming of works (planning).
• Draft of installation sequence drawings.
• Work on risk assessments.
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments.
• Summarizing and reporting for internal and external approval.
