Job summary

Support Revolution is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join the Training & Education team. You will design and deliver training on Supermicro server, storage, GPU, and networking products for internal teams, customers, and partners.

You will create engaging materials, run sessions, and help build a global service education and certification program while collaborating with the Service Team and Product Managers to keep content up-to-date with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training/engineering.
• 8 years in a technical training role, with enterprise server/networks focus.
• Deep knowledge of x86 server platforms and problem solving.
• Proficient Linux skills and basic to advanced command-line use.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Perl, Python) for training purposes.
• Experience with server hardware, virtualization and storage components.
• Familiarity with LMS and adult learning principles; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials and courses for servicing Supermicro products.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for internal teams, partners and customers.
• Help create Supermicro's Global Service Education and Certification Program.
• Collaborate with Service Team, Product Managers and other teams to update content.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge via education portals and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
