Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Training & Education team. You will design and deliver training for internal teams, customers, and partners, covering servers, storage, GPUs, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in training, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in a technical training role, with enterprise servers, networking and data center exposure.
• Strong Linux skills and scripting (Bash, Python) for training delivery.
• Familiarity with VMware, Windows, storage components and networking.
• Experience with e-learning and LMS delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for servicing Supermicro products.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Help create Global Service Education and Certification programs.
• Collaborate with Service Team and Product Managers to update content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Supermicro products and education resources.
• Engage stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
