Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Sales Operation Specialist to assist our Sales Department in managing procedures, account setup, and training. The role also liaises across functions to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a background in tech sales support, strong communication skills, and experience with data entry, forecasting, and order tracking to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting across EMEA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
• Strong communication skills including phone, written/email and presentation.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
• Must possess strong computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Organizational skills a must.

Responsibilities

• EMEA flagship accounts, dedicated large project management with cooperation sales and other team members.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery of orders while working closely with the sales support team.
• Drive service-related activities and improve service operations with BV and US service teams.
• Prepare advance notifications and follow up with the service team to ensure timely completion of spare-parts requests.
• Collect and share product, price trend and market information from key vendors, including SanDisk, Solidigm, Micron, Samsung, and SK Hynix.
• Monitor the EMEA monthly FCST.
• Review monthly forecast levels and provide status reports to regional leadership.
• Support new sales hire onboarding and operation trainings (tools, systems).
• Helping regions with limited resource to run new sales training focusing on sales tools and processes.
