Job summary
EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams, connecting market insight with performance across strategy, digital, data and AI. You’ll shape executable plans and contribute to account growth, while coaching experienced colleagues in EY-Parthenon and the EY network.
The role offers a hybrid work model with a 40‑hour contract, a competitive salary, pension, holiday allowance, annual bonus, training opportunities and mobility
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic problem solving and leadership capabilities.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify and shape opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead large or complex engagements and take overall responsibility for delivery quality and outcomes.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on corporate strategy, commercial growth, digital, data and AI.
- Shape compelling recommendations and ensure they translate into executable plans.
- Lead, coach and develop diverse teams across EY-Parthenon and the wider EY network.
- Identify follow-on opportunities and help deepen trusted client relationships.
- Strengthen our market propositions, intellectual capital and internal community.
