EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Consultant in Software Strategy to rapidly build skills across market analysis, data-backed insights, and communicating findings to senior executives. You will engage with CEOs and investors, shaping software strategy and diligence across deals.

The role is part of EY-Parthenon’s Software Strategy group in Amsterdam, offering hybrid work and opportunities to grow into leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Demonstrated interest in the technology industry through projects, internships, coursework, or research.
• Ability to assess software products, markets and competitors using market information.
• Excellent problem solving, project coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Dutch not required but appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of business strategies using market analysis, customer research and forecasting.
• Review deal documents to identify business issues and risks of transactions.
• Translate technical findings into financial implications for non-technical audiences.
• Support planning, reporting and meeting setup across workstreams.
• Contribute to product and technology diligence and integrated diligence analyses.
