Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape strategic recommendations and drive implementation with clients. You will independently own analyses and workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders while guiding junior colleagues in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will contribute across corporate strategy, growth, digital, data and AI, partnering with clients to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to independently own analyses or workstreams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience or interest in strategy, digital, data, AI, commercial growth or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses and defined workstreams from problem definition through recommendation.
• Develop fact-based perspectives on markets, customers, competitors and business performance.
• Translate strategic choices into practical priorities and actionable roadmaps.
• Engage with client stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Support and coach Consultants while contributing to team quality and development.
• Realize real impact by driving on-the-ground change at our clients.
