Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager in Amsterdam to lead engagements within the Strategy Practice. You will own smaller engagements or major workstreams, guiding teams, structuring complex problems and driving client impact. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and delivering tangible strategic initiatives.

You’ll be part of EY-Parthenon’s cross‑functional team, working with clients to move from insight to action, and developing capabilities across the practice in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience, including substantial consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coach colleagues and maintain high standards of quality.
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach and a strong drive to create client impact.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic questions and steer analysis toward a clear 'so what'.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As a Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will take ownership of smaller engagements or major workstreams within larger programmes. You will lead teams, structure complex problems and work closely with clients to move from insight to action. You will be responsible for the quality and pace of delivery, while helping colleagues and clients build the capabilities needed for lasting impact.
