Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager in Amsterdam to lead engagements within the Strategy Practice. You will own smaller engagements or major workstreams, guiding teams, structuring complex problems and driving client impact. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and delivering tangible strategic initiatives.

You’ll be part of EY-Parthenon’s cross‑functional team, working with clients to move from insight to action, and developing capabilities across the practice in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience, including substantial consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coach colleagues and maintain high standards of quality.
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach and a strong drive to create client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects or major workstreams from start to finish.
• Structure complex strategic questions and steer analysis toward a clear 'so what'.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and facilitate decision‑making.
• Translate strategy into concrete initiatives, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Coach junior colleagues and create an effective, inclusive team environment.
• Contribute to proposals, propositions and EY-Parthenon knowledge development.
