EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams, connecting market insight with performance across strategy, digital, data and AI. You’ll shape executable plans and contribute to account growth, while coaching experienced colleagues in EY-Parthenon and the EY network.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a 40‑hour contract, a competitive salary, pension, holiday allowance, annual bonus, training opportunities and mobility

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As a Senior Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams, helping senior leaders make and implement consequential strategic choices. You will connect market and customer insight with business performance, digital, data and AI, and translate this into focused value-creation agendas. You will also contribute to account development, propositions and the growth of our people.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. • Approximately 6-10 years of relevant experience, including significant consulting experience.
• A track record of independently leading complex projects and senior stakeholders.
