Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager to lead smaller engagements within larger programmes, guiding teams and coordinating with clients to turn insights into actionable strategies.

You will own delivery quality and pace while developing colleagues and building capabilities for lasting impact in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience, including substantial consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coach colleagues and maintain high standards of quality.
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach and a strong drive to create client impact.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As a Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will take ownership of smaller engagements or major workstreams within larger programmes. You will lead teams, structure complex problems and work closely with clients to move from insight to action. You will be responsible for the quality and pace of delivery, while helping colleagues and clients build the capabilities needed for lasting impact.
