EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape strategic recommendations and drive implementation with clients. You will independently own analyses and workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders while guiding junior colleagues in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will contribute across corporate strategy, growth, digital, data and AI, partnering with clients to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and real-world impact.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will play a central role in shaping strategic recommendations and helping clients put them into practice. You will independently own analyses and workstreams, work with senior client stakeholders and support junior colleagues. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across corporate strategy, commercial growth, digital, data and AI.
