Atlassian seeks a senior Solutions Engineer in Amsterdam to lead high-impact pre-sales activities for enterprise customers. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, develop PoC environments, and collaborate with sales, account managers, and product teams to align with customer goals.

You will stay current with Atlassian roadmaps, pursue relevant certifications, and contribute to transformation deals while communicating effectively in German and English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least four years covering large strategic accounts.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across various levels, including exec leadership.
• You're proactive, passionate, and thrive on collaboration to drive meaningful results.
• Outstanding communication skills across oral, written, and presentation formats and strong relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and connect capabilities to business needs.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead workshops to showcase features and workflows.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, pursue certifications, and refine pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with account managers and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals.
• Build understanding of competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to boost engagement.
• Be fluent in German and English.
