Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own and grow major data center developer accounts across EMEA, based in Amsterdam.

You will lead strategic growth across design, construction, deployment and supply-chain services with a strong emphasis on relationship-building at senior levels. The role requires experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure, a hunter/farmer mindset, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic business-development experience.
• Strong understanding of data center construction lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex EMEA or multinational accounts.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong commercial ownership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel across EMEA.
• Experience with data center developers, hyperscale environments, electrical/power infrastructure, cooling, networking or security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic EMEA data center accounts.
• Build senior relationships across design, engineering, construction, procurement and supply chain.
• Identify and create opportunities before formal tender.
• Expand customer relationships into construction, infrastructure and supply-chain solutions.
• Develop qualified pipeline and deliver revenue and margin growth.
• Coordinate local teams, technical specialists and global stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Influence customer specifications, solutions and procurement strategies.
