Clear. is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead strategic sales across the EMEA Hyperscale Data Centre market from Amsterdam. You will shape account strategy with regional and global teams to drive revenue and profitability, engaging at executive level to bring complex solutions to major customers.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in strategic/large-account sales, deep data centre infrastructure knowledge, and a track record of driving ambitious targets with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead strategic sales across large accounts.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale data centre ecosystems.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and growth across key Hyperscale Data Centre accounts in EMEA.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with regional/global leadership.
• Build relationships across customer organisations from technical teams to executives.
• Drive sales across Data Centre solutions including networking, security, cooling, and IoT.
• Identify upcoming Data Centre projects and influence specifications and procurement.
